
For international orders, we can only accept unopened product in re-salable condition within 7 days for a refund. It must also be in the original packaging. Every product has
a seal or void sticker and if you would like to return it, please notify us via email prior at info@sheerarctic.com
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received
your returned item. Once merchandise has arrived back to us, we will issue a refund. Please note that you are responsible for the shipping costs and applicable taxes for
returning your item. If you received a damaged or wrong product, please send us an email at info@sheerarctic.com within 7 days after receiving your item, we will issue a full refund / exchange (if applicable). If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
