For international orders, we can only accept unopened product in re-salable condition within 14 days after your receive your item for a refund. It must also be in the original packaging. If you would like to return a product, please notify us via email prior at firstname.lastname@example.org
To complete your return, we require proof of purchase. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Once merchandise has arrived back to us, we will issue a refund. Please note that you are responsible for the shipping costs and applicable taxes for returning your item.
If you received a damaged or wrong product, please send us an email at email@example.com within 14 days after receiving your item, we will issue a full refund / exchange (if applicable).
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
